Dr. Daniel Gabrek
DDS, MSD
Dr. Daniel F. Gabrek is a periodontist practicing in Fort Wayne, Indiana. He specializes in periodontics and dental implants, providing expert advice on implant placement and treating gum inflammation and recession.
Dr. Gabrek received his Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree and later earned a Master of Science in Dentistry (MSD).
He is known for his expertise in periodontal procedures and is committed to providing high-quality dental care to his patients in the Fort Wayne area.

Dr. Alex G. Ahmadi
DMD, MS
Dr. Ahmadi grew up in Fort Wayne, Indiana where he graduated from Snider High School and IPFW. Dr. Ahmadi graduated from LECOM School of Dental Medicine before attending Saint Louis University Center for Advanced Dental Education for his residency in Periodontics and Implantology. Since graduating from his residency in 2019, he has successfully passed his boards becoming a diplomate of the American board of Periodontology. He has also attended over 150 hours of CE from some of the most renowned surgeons in the world. In his free time, Dr. Ahmadi enjoys traveling, golfing, exercising and spending time with friends and family.
